Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the Libby & Co website and client consultations. By accessing, browsing or using this website, or by booking an appointment with one of our consultants, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms.  Your use of this site constitutes your agreement with these terms.


Libby & Co consultants are parents themselves and are practising Registered Nurses and/or Registered Midwives.  During our consultations, a Libby & Co Consultant will support you with practical parenting advice, but will not provide you with medical advice related to you, your pregnancy or your baby. If they have any concerns regarding your health or the health of your baby, they will advise you to seek advice from your Health Professional (e.g. General Practitioner, Midwife, Well Child Provider etc.).

Consultations may be held with either Libby or Andrina, based on your location and the care and support you require. You will be advised of your consultant prior to your consultation and of course, if you would like to see someone in particular, just let us know.

Your consultation is your own and we will cover any topics that you wish. To make the most of our time together we will ask you to fill in a pre-consultation questionnaire covering basic information that we need to provide appropriate support and advice for your individual situation.

The advice provided at your consultation and any follow up advice or written plans provided to you are individualised for you and your baby and not intended to be shared with third parties.

When working with us, you agree to:

  • Follow safe sleep guidelines, in line with SUDI recommendations.
  • See your general practitioner if you have any concerns about your baby’s or your own health, our consultant’s advice is not a substitute for medical care.
  • Disclose any medical conditions that you or your baby may have so we can provide appropriate advice.


Fees are payable via our online payment portal. We securely process payments through PayPal or Stripe. We never have access to your credit card information or PayPal account information. Please visit the PayPal privacy statement to learn more about their policies.

Once payment is confirmed, your consultation will be scheduled with one of our consultants.

In the event that payment is not made prior to your consultation, payment will be due within seven days of receipt of your invoice. 


Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to consultation date will be refunded in full.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to consultation will only be refunded 50% of the fee.

If necessary, you may change your consultation date/time once, giving at least 24 hours notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on this site, including without limitation, any trade marks, text, graphics and copyright, is owned by Libby & Co or our content suppliers. We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this site.


We endeavour to ensure that any content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it. Any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention will be dealt with within a reasonable time.
This site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties and which are not under the control of us. In relation to any linked sites we provide these as a convenience to you and the existence of such a link does not imply any endorsement by us of the linked site and we are not responsible for any material contained on those sites.

Right to Use Site

You may use this site only for the purposes for which it is provided. You must not use this site for fraudulent or other unlawful activity or otherwise do anything to damage or disrupt this site.

Libby & Co is committed to protecting your privacy. The privacy policy below lets you know about our online information practices and how we treat the information we receive from you.

What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you provide us directly, e.g. when you sign up for our newsletter, ask us a question, or purchase from the Libby & Co online store. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card details and other personal information. You don’t have to provide us with your personal information, but if don’t then you might not be able to use all the features of this Libby & Co website or remain up to date with Libby & Co developments.

What we use your information for

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • Send you our newsletter
  • Facilitate the purchase and delivery of items purchased from the Libby & Co online store and keep you updated on your order
  • Personalise your customer experience
  • Respond to you
  • Improve the Libby & Co website
  • Send you Libby & Co emails.

There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each Libby & Co email if at any time you want to unsubscribe from receiving them.
