Newborn Sleep Phone Consultation
Specifically designed to prepare parents for the realities of newborn sleep. During this consultation, we will discuss normal biological sleep patterns, age appropriate awake times, growth spurts, nutrition, settling, expected changes and regressions in the first 12 weeks, as well as answer all of your questions. You will also receive our guide to the first 12 weeks at home with your baby.

The perfect option for parents who wish to support their babies to become more independent with sleep, using gentle, no cry strategies.

- A sleep diary for you to keep track of progress
- Three weeks of follow up support including: three follow up phone calls and unlimited text/email support to make any adjustments as needed
During our consultation we will discuss normal biological sleep patterns and examine where we can make age appropriate changes to assist your baby to become more independent with sleep. Together, we will develop a holistic plan which will also consider nutrition and the sleep environment.
- We’re based in Auckland, New Zealand – but happy to travel (travel rates POA), otherwise we can easily provide breastfeeding support and antenatal advice via Skype, phone and email.
- Coffee groups, and overnight respite care (up to 12 hours) available – pricing upon request.
